After initial factory assembly, is it possible to reverse the drawer's orientation?

That is, I need a left-side configuration for my current working space, but I would switch to a right-side drawer configuration in the future, space permitting. It looks like the parts should be reversible, but I'd like to be sure before I buy. Thanks!
