re. Eames aluminum group side chair ...

1. can you purchase it with casters? (don't know how easy the slides move across wood floors and whether you would need to resort to picking it up under you to move readily around a desk area?)
2. how many inches from floor to the seat surface?
3. I am wanting leather of the old standard camel color but I don't see anything quite like that among the options you give online - the canyon option appears too red and the pebble option not quite right either. Can the chair be made in old standard "camel" OR can you send leather swatches so the purchaser can make a well informed choice?
