Could there ever be a Nelson Bench with a Walnut top/slats and maple base introduced for the Select Program?

I recently spied a picture that featured what appeared quite a bit like a George Nelson bench, but utilizing a solid walnut slatted top and solid maple for the base. As I am such a fan of the classic bench, the thought of the new combination has me intrigued. Could this ever be this added as a new materials option or possibly a Select Program (2011--please?) release for the future? With the new Ash options for the Noguchi cocktail table base and the Eames Lounge chair and ottoman, plus the stunning Eames Aluminum group for outdoor in the white finish... I would be thrilled to see a new but still classic twist to a legendary design!
