This ergonomic office chairs highly technical structures—such as the spine-like Backfit, with its visible H-flexors—show how it bends to encourage seated movement. This chair is amazing. LOTS of adjustments. It will take lots of tweaking to find the right settings.
First off, I was very surprised at how solid/heavy this chair is. Very well built and SOLID.
I followed the directions that come with the chair, and it was fairly comfortable to start. After a few days I started making adjustments, and within 2 weeks had it set. Give it time.
I use the chair in my video editing suite, and I spend hours a day sitting in front of the computer.
This chair is so comfortable that when I stand up after editing for numerous hours, the floor seems extremely hard. (Honestly, I think this chair is more comfortable than my recliner.)
I have a ruptured disc in my lower back, and with this chair, I have no pain after sitting for long periods of time. I don't have to constantly adjust my position to feel comfortable.
I had tried several other office/desk chairs and this is by far the best.

What's the Seat Depth
What's the seat depth measurement. i.e. from where the back of the knee would hit to the closest part of the back support.
